Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to take the opportunity to welcome you to Birch Wood Vale school. We are hosting two events to support your child’s transition to their new school. On Thursday 29th June there will be an information evening for parents and carers to meet key members of staff and ask any questions you may have about Birch Wood Vale and transition. This will be from 4:30 to 5:30pm.
On Thursday 6th July, there will be a transition day for all new students from 9:15am to 1:25pm This will allow us to meet and spend time in class together. We will do some activities in the classroom and we will explore key spaces such as the playground.

On the transition day, please send your child with a small snack and a water bottle.
